1. Holiday Empowerment Program Success! 🎄: On December 22nd, 2024, the Shakera Bowen Foundation held its first-ever Holiday Empowerment Program in Akure, Ondo State. Twenty women received grocery packages to make their Christmas meals extra special. The event was filled with joy, gratitude, and a spirit of giving. Thank you to all our supporters and volunteers for making this program a success!
2. Official Launch Scheduled for International Women’s Day 🌟: Mark your calendars! The Shakera Bowen Foundation’s official launch is happening on March 8th, 2025, in celebration of International Women’s Day. We’re excited to announce a grant program that will provide ten exceptional women with ₦100,000 each to start or grow their businesses.
